ERA Supports Kamloops Exhibition Association with Eco-Friendly Technology Solutions
The Electronic Recycling Association (ERA) is delighted to announce its latest contribution to the Kamloops Exhibition Association (KXA). As part of our mission to reduce e-waste and empower community organizations, ERA has donated one printer and one projector to support KXA in their initiatives.
KXA, a cornerstone of the Kamloops community, hosts a wide variety of events that bring people together to celebrate culture, agriculture, and community spirit. The donated projector will enable KXA to display event schedules and location maps during their programs, reducing their reliance on printed materials and promoting environmental sustainability.
In addition to the projector, the donated printer will enhance KXA’s administrative efficiency, supporting the day-to-day operations that help them continue their impactful work in the community.
A Call to Action: Help Us Do More
While this donation addresses some of KXA’s immediate technology needs, the organization is still in need of laptops. These devices would further improve their ability to manage event logistics, communicate effectively, and expand their outreach efforts.
If you have gently used laptops or other electronics you’d like to donate, consider supporting KXA or similar charities through the ERA. Your donation can help bridge the technology gap for organizations that enrich our communities while contributing to the reduction of electronic waste.
