ERA Donates Computers to Support the Pincher Creek & District Historical Society’s Bookkeeping Operations
At the Electronic Recycling Association (ERA), we’re committed to empowering organizations across Canada by providing refurbished technology that supports their operations and missions. Our latest donation of two desktop computers to the Pincher Creek & District Historical Society is a prime example of how repurposed electronics can make a meaningful impact.

Located in the heart of southern Alberta, the Pincher Creek & District Historical Society preserves and promotes the rich heritage of the region through its museum and community programs. When the Society reached out to us for help, their bookkeeper was struggling with an outdated computer that could no longer support the essential accounting software needed to manage their records.
Through our technology donation program, ERA was able to provide a timely solution—two upgraded desktop computers that will ensure smooth, uninterrupted financial operations for the organization. By donating used electronics that are professionally refurbished and ready for reuse, we extend the life cycle of valuable devices and help nonprofit organizations thrive without stretching their budgets.
This donation is part of our ongoing mission to reduce electronic waste in Canada while supporting over 400 charitable organizations on our waitlist. Each device donated through ERA helps bridge the digital divide, promote sustainability, and empower communities.
If your organization is in need of refurbished laptops, desktops, tablets, or other tech devices, apply for a donation today. Or, if you’re a business or individual with unwanted electronics, schedule a pickup and join us in giving technology a second life at www.era.ca
